Hey, I’m Natalie Petersen, Loveland, Colorado-based communications strategist, bestselling author, podcast host, recovering overachiever, and big-hearted truth-teller.
I’ve spent 25+ years in media, marketing, and mental health advocacy—and now I partner with humans do business in a way that actually feels good.

Will this be recorded? Yes! Replays of the three core tracks (MONEY, MINDSET, MARKETING) are included in the Recorded Package. The Networking session is not recorded to protect the sacred, in-the-moment nature of connection.
What if I want to attend live and get the replays? You got it. Just grab the All In ticket—you’ll get access to everything live, plus recordings afterward of all three sessions.
Can I ask questions during the sessions? Absolutely. Each speaker session includes live Q+A. We’ll also be collecting top questions for the Networking hour at the end.
Is this open to all genders and business types? Yes, yes, yes. If you are purpose-driven and open to doing business with soul and curiosity, you’re welcome here.
What if I don’t have a business yet? You are 100% welcome. Whether you’re dreaming, building, pivoting, or reimagining—this space will meet you where you are.
How does your revenue share work? Each speaker receives 30% of the revenue from their session (plus $1 from each full-day ticket), and 10% of all ticket revenue goes to a nonprofit aligned with that month’s social awareness theme (May’s is Mental Health).
What's your Booking & Cancellation Policy All sales are final. Because this is a community-funded, revenue-sharing event, we do not offer refunds. Can’t make it live? Grab the Recorded Package and catch all speaker sessions on your time. Need to transfer your ticket? No problem—just email us at least 24 hours in advance with the new guest’s name and email. This is a space built on trust, intention, and shared value. Thanks for honoring the exchange.
